Verdict
True Hero was only beaten a head at Wolverhampton with Island Memory behind having earlier won over track and trip. He beat BLACKCURRENT in a classified race on that occasion but the latter re-opposes on better terms and an earlier victory here gives him the beating of both Brandy Station and Red Stripes on collateral form. Jeans Maite finished in front of Navajo Dawn and Archimedes when runner-up at the track last week but Catapult’s recent second came over 6f.
