Verdict

A multiple course winner, Fire In Babylon failed to fire when tailed off here a fortnight ago behind Kingscombe though the latter has something to prove over this longer trip off a 5lb higher mark. Yasir is usually thereabouts in similar company and No Such Number may figure off his current mark if taking to the surface. Star Date is interesting returning from a short break as he ran well over 1m3f on his debut at the course, but CARLANDA is just preferred. A winner over 1m4f in France, she found the mile trip here too short on her first start for Mike Appleby and much better is expected today.
