Verdict

A small field goes to post for this maiden and the vote is given to GOLDEN TIGER over Erfaan, Ant Music and Your Gifted. It was a good effort from our selection to chase home Secretive on his debut over this course and distance last month. If he can build on that promising debut effort then he should taken plenty of beating here. Erfaan could be the main danger as he shaped with promise in a couple of maiden's at Newmarket in the summer. He has an absence to overcome and he has to prove that he will go on this surface, but he is certainly an interesting runner. Ant Music was only beaten a head in a claimer at Kempton over a mile last month, but he struggled to get home over that trip on that occasion so the drop down to 7f has to be a plus. Your Gifted has had plenty of chances in Ireland and she has been pitched into a race here that will not take much winning. She should be thereabouts at the finish, but Golden Tiger is preferred.
