A competitive field goes to post for this classified stakes race and many can be given chances on their best form so bets should be kept to a minimum, however the principals look to be Cressex Katie, Czar Wars and Boisdale and we will take a chance on Czar Wars. The eight year old from the John Balding yard goes well at the track and showed he was still in good form when defeating Feast Of Romance and a reproduction of that effort would make him hard to beat. Cressex Katie rates the main danger but she is unproven on the surface and for that reason she is opposed on this occasion. Boisdale is another that could go well but he has two ways of running. Of the remainder Expresso Time is from a yard in form and he is sure to run his race but he remains a maiden after 13 starts so is readily passed over and we will side with Czar Wars.
