In depth

Verdict

TAKEITEASYJACK is the nominal suggestion with Roses, Paisley Cross and Nehemiah other likely sorts. Noel Chance has his share of winners in these contests and went close to collecting with a newcomer at Warwick at the rear end of last month. That one was well supported in the market and confidence behind the chances of Takeiteasyjack would be encouraging. Paisley Cross has shown glimmers of ability in three starts which puts him in the mix but also suggests that he's vulnerable to a newcomer with a modicum of ability. That's also the case with Zoenicibel whose run at Hexham suggests she may prefer a stiffer track than this and one of the newcomers may be the best port of call. Very Edgy is well worth noting despite the yard's quiet season, Roses hails from a yard that does well in these contests as does the Flat bred Nehemiah. The market may shed some light on the race but Takeiteasyjack is suggested at this stage of proceedings.
