In depth

Verdict

Go On Gal won easily over track and trip back in August lat year but hasn’t figured off higher marks over 1m3f here subsequently. Dream Serenade was narrowly beaten over course and distance a week ago and has obvious claims on that form while The Lock Master is a prolific winner on the Fibresand and has tumbled down the weights since last year’s success here. IGNACIO ZULOAGA has plenty to prove over this extra distance but a chance is taken on Jo Hughes’ charge given he finished runner-up over a mile here a fortnight ago. He has plenty of scope for improvement if first-time blinkers have the desired effect.
