GENERAL TUFTO can include this race in 2014 among his 15 victories at the course. The veteran is upped 5lb for last month’s success but should go close again given Shearian has a 10lb hike to contend with after winning easily here on his latest start. Playful Dude’s recent second came in a maiden race over 7f at the track but Limerick Lord makes more appeal on his placed effort over track and trip in November. Little Choosey won at Chelmsford in between a couple of poor efforts and The Dukkerer has been placed here before.
