In depth

Verdict

Patrick Mullins is booked for State Of Honor who has shown the best of the limited bumper form on offer by some way. Ross O'Sullivan's filly backed up a satisfactory debut with a good second at Clonmel and has every chance, but MINELLA CROONER looked a prospect of distinct promise when landing his sole point-to-point in some style back in the spring and is a recruit of definite interest. This Rules debut should give us some indication of where he stands in the pecking order of the Elliott bumper team. The remaining quartet will all need to improve significantly on previous efforts to figure, with Carrig Crua suggested as next best against the 'big two.'
