In depth

Verdict

More than half of this field have won handicaps from higher marks and though Aspen Belle isn't one of them she's been in superb form and won with a bit in hand at Cork earlier this month. Killian Leonard's claim almost wipes out the 7lb rise so another big run is expected. KEEP BELIEVING (NAP) couldn't peg back Alan's Pride at the Curragh and, though raised 1lb, scored off a 5lb higher mark on heavy ground at Roscommon in September and ,providing the going remains on the soft side, looks to have a fine chance of going one better. Thiswaycadeaux finished third in that Curragh event and looks held but Gentil J has slipped to a fair mark and reappeared with a promising run at Gowran. It's a long time since Enzani ran but he was a promising hurdler and has moved to Gordon Elliott so he's one to note.
