TALK OF THE TOWN won a bumper on last month’s debut and ran well when fourth at Galway on his recent hurdling bow. Gordon Elliott’s charge should go close with normal progress and is preferred to Hesamanofhisword. The latter wasn’t beaten far over a shorter trip here a fortnight ago and has the beating of Kilbeggan runner-up Little Lady Lu on these terms while Friary Rock has a shout at the weights but continues to struggle. Fitness Du Sud doesn’t look a stable star on the evidence of three outings in bumpers but is related to winners over fences in France and can’t be easily dismissed representing Willie Mullins.
