Imperial Shabra had very little chance from his UK handicap mark at Stratford in March and is better judged on his earlier effort at Naas where he ran well behind Ballochroy. Like The Da would have a chance second to none on his form in similar handicap early last year but he pulled up on his return to action at Clonmel in March. MCSWYNES BAY mixes hurdling with chasing but is better over timber and was at home on the fast ground when scoring at Downpatrick last August. In what is a very moderate contest that won't take much winning, he gets the vote to gain his second career victory. A New Rising has dropped to a very fair mark but hasn't been out since October and his best form is on heavy going.
