Palace Walk has every chance judged by official BHA ratings but Brendan Powell's gelding has seemingly lost his way having missed all of last season so he looks best watched in a race where it is hard to get away from WILDBACH, who gets the verdict ahead of Zamboozle. The selection won with any amount in hand at Worcester last month and a reproduction of that effort, even under the penalty that he has to carry should be more than sufficient for Christian Von Der Recke's gelding. James Lambe's Hawksbury Heights has shown signs of ability but remains a maiden after 19 career starts, while Bramantino ran creditably in a selling handicap here last time but needs to improve on that effort to trouble the selection. Brendan Powell's Irish Stream reverts to hurdles after a spell chasing and has to be considered but more solid claims are held by the Evan Williams-trained Zamboozle, who has every chance at the weights in as poor a contest at this. It will take a good performance to get the better of Wildbach though and he is hard to oppose.
