Verdict

This looks a straight match between previous winners Weightfordave and KUIPER BELT with preference for the latter. The four-year-old has won all three starts since joining Gordon Elliott having scored twice in staying races on the Flat after landing a conditionals’ race by 15 lengths at Perth. He’s escaped a penalty so gets 7lb from his likely market and Richard Johnson takes over the reins. Dan Skelton’s Southwell scorer was beaten under a penalty at Uttoxeter and may suffer the same fate here. Chanceanotherfive has won a point and two bumpers but was disappointing on his hurdles bow at Perth.
