Del Trotter can put some modest form behind him and should see off Tiger Frog and Farne Isle. Howard Johnson's charge is a much better horse around Sedgefield and if he can recapture his best form, he has dropped to a handy enough mark to exploit the opportunity. Tiger Frog is much exposed but is at least consistent. He has only ever posted one victory in a long and frustrating career and should be playing again for place money. Farne Isle finished third in a slowly run race here in April and has to give weight away. Amjad is on a long losing run while Mister Chisum is ridden by a competent claiming amateur. Del Trotter is our selection.
