A wide open bumper rounds off the card and as usual in these events the market will be very informative but the principals look to be Galaxy Spirit Sir Mulberry Hawk and Give Us A Gander and the vote is given to Sir Mulberry Hawk. The selection was a fair second behind Duke Of Burgundy last time out, looks sure to have learnt from the experience and given nominal improvement looks the one to be on. Galaxy Spirit rates the main danger on his debut fourth behind Baron Breeze. He is another that is sure to improve and should be watched in the market. Give Us A Gander is a Kayf Tara gelding, half-brother to winning miler Timeless Chick and 7f winner Birdlip Hill so he should be watched in the market as he is bred to have speed. Of the remainder Percutant showed promise on his debut but is bred to come into his own over a much longer trip and in a race where the market may well tell all for the winner we return to Sir Mulberry Hawk.
