In depth

Verdict

He's Hot Right Now,Heraclitean Fire and Ton-Chee are three against the field in a tight handicap and the tentative vote is given to the last named. The selection has dropped to a handy mark and ran as if about to hit form when second behind He's Hot Right Now. He is better off with that rival here and under similar conditions he is taken to score. He's Hot Right Now rates the main danger as he has won his last to races in good style but he has shot up the weights as a consequence and at likely odds he looks worth taking on. Heraclitean Fire is another worthy of respect on his latest second behind Trave but he remains a maiden and again he may be out battled close home. Leopold was a fair second behind Bishops Bridge last time and looks surrey to appreciate this longer trip but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Ton-Chee.
