Verdict
KARINGREASON has been knocking on the door lately and, though starting to edge up the weights again, can get back to winning ways with neither the trip nor going a problem. He had Carrietau behind here last time in a race in which Kent Street started favourite only to make a hash of the second fence and be pulled up. The latter could be dangerous with a clear round but Alpha One's jumping often lets him down and Peachey Moment returns from a lengthy absence under a welter burden. Border Reiver and On Gossamer Wings aren't badly treated but neither are prolific winners.
