An ordinary-looking seller that can be taken by the veteran Drama King. The majority of his seven career wins have been with cut in the ground, including a heavy ground flat success at Pontefract. Although he is 5lbs higher than when winning at Uttoxeter in November, his capable pilot takes that off his back and provided he sees out the trip he can put up a performance good enough to win this. The Fenman can be the one to give him most to do. The five-year-old has youth on his side and shaped as if he would get this trip when a staying-on second at Market Rasen over 2m 3f last time. He has also been dropped by the handicapper since then, so he comes here with a decent chance of breaking his duck. Castlebridge has won on heavy ground on the level, but did not appear to get home in bottomless ground in a similar contest at Newcastle last time, and he should find one or two too good again here. Tap Dance has been given some sort of a chance now, dropping to a mark of 82. He has course and distance form to his name and seems to go on just about any ground, so it would be no surprise to see him involved in the shake-up. Jonaem enjoyed a wide margin win here over 3m 3f on soft ground in November, but was found out back here last time out after being raised a stone for that sucess. Dropped 7lbs again here, the veteran still looks to be exposed, though he can still run well enough and perhaps make the frame.
