Another wide open affair but we will take a chance on the recent Fakenham Winner Lislaughtan Abbey. The gelding from the Owen Brennan yard has risen in the weights for that win but with conditions again in his favour he will be hard to beat. Uncle Burt was a good second behind Hunters Creek last time but he has risen in the weights for that effort and may now be in the handicappers grip. Classic Lash has been in good form of late but all his best efforts have come on fast ground and he will need the rain to stay away to score. Lightning Quest is from a yard in form but was very disappointing last time out and for that reason he is opposed on this occasion. Of the remainder Ulusaba is on a fair mark and would appreciate any rain.
