SWITCHED OFF could be on our minds today with Shadrack and Barron Watlass anticipated to be the most lively dangers. Mick Easterby's charge has not been sighted on a racecourse for some time but connections were probably waiting for better ground. Highly tries at an earlier juncture, the trainer attempts to see whether the handicapper has done his sums properly. Shadrack has successfully graduated out of plating company and landed some tidy bets in doing so. If the ground dries out, it will be interesting to see how the market reacts. Barron Watlass won a modest race at the course in decent style. Having been friendless in previous starts, there were no shortage of punters who wanted to get on at the course. Louis Ludwig drops in trip in an attempt to rediscover his form. Waldo Winchester has not progressed. Mountskip was easy to back at Newcastle last time out and ran accordingly. A hard race for punters and the handicapper to frame so Switched Off is our call to minimal stakes.
