Verdict

GENEROUS PET looks the one to be on here. Joe Colliver was on board when he attracted good support before comfortably landing a conditionals' event at Newcastle last week and, with no penalty to carry, Kenneth Slack's charge looks set for a quick double. David Pipe's horses are in good form and it's no surprise to see Bladoun turning out quickly after last week's victory at Exeter. That came in a conditionals' event so there's no penalty and, as he was due to be dropped in the ratings, he can race here from a 3lb lower mark. The remaining quartet are up against it against in-form rivals but Flobury has looked as though a longer trip would suit when staying on over the minimum and she may prove best of them.
