Flowery won last year’s inaugural running off a 5lb lower mark with Instant Replay well beaten and should be sharper for last month’s outing at Warwick but MR MULDOON was progressing nicely before failing to see out the 3m trip at Ascot in November. He won over these fences before that and, having gone well fresh before, may prove the one to beat. Raecius Felix has struggled since scoring over track and trip in November and The Paddy Pie is preferred on earlier placed efforts in this grade.
