Verdict

Raashdy represents last year’s winning yard and makes his handicap debut after going close at Kelso. But MASTERS APPRENTICE is just preferred on his handicap bow having made a winning start over timber before finding only one too good carrying a penalty over track and trip last month. Gennady scored at Kelso earlier but a 10lb rise proved beyond him last time while Jackson Hill struggled at Sandown on his handicap debut, albeit in a tougher contest than this. Sticky Situation has placed in a maidens in Ireland but debuts for new connections today.
