In depth

Verdict

Buckshee hinted at ability on his debut when finishing ahead of Phoenix Returns but only beat one home at Newcastle last time. Winning pointer Walkabout Creek was third at Uttoxeter last month and should make a bold bid to open his account under Rules but Warren Greatrex should leave the track with at least one winner under his belt today and could well land a double via CHAIN REACTOR. The yard's record in bumpers is exemplary and their Hamas gelding, though nothing special on breeding, is sure to have had plenty of work at home.
