Well Oiled looked to have dropped to a winning mark when favourite here in November but was well beaten behind SCHINKEN OTTO and Malcolm Jefferson's charge can defy his big weight and gain his fourth success over the C&D. Braddock Island is just 4lb higher than when scoring here in November 2009 and looked to be going well enough when falling at the third last over the C&D last time. Authentic Act may prove the main threat as he has only had four runs over fences and his two hurdling victories came on this track when the ground was fast.
