In depth

Verdict

Check My Pulse has placed in four of his six chase starts but they have mostly been in small fields. However, his third here in September wasn’t a bad effort. COOL COUNTRY makes more appeal, however, given he followed up a win over further here in March with a close third over track and trip last time. Vanderbilt, who is 0-57, and That Ships Sailed are both tackling fences for the first time.
