In depth

Verdict

CAP DU NORD (NAP) wasn’t winning out of turn over course and distance 10 days ago. A 6lb rise seems fair enough with cheekpieces fitted to help him concentrate. The Paddy Pie beat Manwell and Bulkov over 2m here in January and extended his superiority over the former over this trip at Haydock so is a danger but Castletown keeps finding one too good and is now 0-14 over the larger obstacles.
