STOTSFOLD can take this contest at the principal expense of Glass Harmonium and Sri Putra. Third in last year's renewal, Walter Swinburn's globetrotter was a bitter disappointment at Chester last time out and put simply, he is much better than the bare form of the Huxley Stakes suggests. In light of that, we could be getting better odds about a horse that is proven at top grade on the surface. Glass Harmonium won the Gordon Richards Stakes here despite being relatively unconsidered in the betting. He battled tenaciously and could be the sort with which his handler normally excels. Sri Putra has only raced on eight occasions though has won on five. A Group 2 winner in France, he took the Earl Of Sefton Stakes at Newmarket in style. Peligroso is the pick of the two Godolphin runners if Frankie Dettori's booking is anything to go by. Tazeez was beaten over an inadequate trip at Lingfield and should be capable of much better this evening. Class counts for plenty and Stotsfold has it in spades.
