      Verdict

      Morcar won easily on his handicap debut at Windsor but had only two rivals. Dumfries started favourite for a competitive handicap at Musselburgh in April off the back of a win at Southwell but was beaten a long way and has been gelded since. Zodiac Star is worth a market check having a first run in handicap company as he’s been quite highly tried so far and Stage Show’s form has a solid look about it. Gozo has his sights lowered and also goes on the shortlist but GALLANT LION is improving at a rate of knots and is another promising mount for William Buick on tonight’s card.
