      Verdict

      GLOBAL LEADER is the obvious choice. He's admirably consistent and hasn't stopped improving yet judged on his recent win at Yarmouth. He gets the vote with Ryan Moore keeping the winning partnership intact. Both Eastern Dragon and Intomist have looked high enough in the weights of late but Charter remains lightly-raced and William Buick is on board for his belated reappearance. My Son Max hasn't won on Turf since 2011 and the returning Wordismybond looked in the handicapper's grip for most of last year.
