This may well go to a newcomer as neither Mad Jack Duncan nor Wiesenfurst appeared to be anything out of the ordinary on debut. The market should help guide us but King Fontaine would be one of the more obvious ones. The selection is a half-brother to a bumper winner and represents a top stable who will have a fair idea where they stand with him. The Architect and Cockney Trucker are others that represent leading yards whilst it's interesting to see a couple of representatives from some trainers who are more readily associated with the Flat as well as a raider from France. With little racecourse evidence to go on, a market check is essential but we'll nominate King Fontaine at this stage of proceedings.
