Verdict

It's hard to get away from Fabulous Jet and there's not a great deal to choose between the remainder. The selection is well handicapped despite his double penalty and won so easily at Taunton that he's difficult to oppose. The negatives are the quick races in succession, the different nature of this track and his jumping which can be a little flamboyant. If he's allowed an easy lead as he was at Taunton he could be hard to peg back though. Bleu Superbe is a capable sort on his day and no forlorn hope by any means whilst King Louis has also shown enough to be considered but was also below par last time. Rowdy Yeats begun the season in good heart but he's another with questions to answer following an abysmal display at Kempton and Roznic also finished well beaten at that track last time. All four would have claims on their best form but cannot confidently be selected so we'll stick with Fabulous Jet.
