LAURENCE (NAP) went close at Doncaster three weeks ago and can race off the same mark in this lower grade. Croquembouche was caught in the closing stages at Newbury last week and can figure while Frozen Force is upped 4lb for winning at Brighton but an apprentice negates a 5lb rise alloted to Pink Ribbon for winning at Windsor. Perceived was beaten less than a length at the latter track back in June and the lightly raced Pure Art is another to consider dropping back down in class having placed in all three starts in handicaps so far.
