Laashak, Warneford and Suzi's A Class Act are all similar in that they disappointed last time after going close on their penultimate starts. All make their handicap debuts today, while Groomed is another who posted a poor effort last time having scored on his handicap debut at Beverley. Mr Perceptive and Great Shot have been placed in this grade recently but need a bit more and the vote goes to BLUE DESTINATION, who takes a drop in class after his fifth over C&D last time. Today's faster ground will suit Philip McBride's charge and he is just preferred to last month's Newbury winner Silken Thoughts.
