VEILED SECRET has gradually improved since stepping up in trip and only just failed over this course and distance last month. That was only his sixth start and with further progress likely he'll take some beating. Padrinho also showed his liking for this trip when just failing to get past Cray at Wetherby and he's another lightly-raced type with more to offer. Sussex Ranger takes a big step-up in trip as does The Secrets Out, who was just in front of him at Windsor last time. Magic Beans might do better ridden with more restraint as he attempted to make all over 1m4f at Salisbury and had nothing to give when passed.
