GETTYSBURG ADDRESS had some fair maiden hurdle form for Noel Meade in Ireland and is an interesting recruit for the Dr Newland team. He'll have to improve on his debut for the yard when a well-beaten third at Ffos Las but that seems a likely prospect and he's taken to score with the advantage of considerable hurdling experience in his favour. Malton Rose landed a Worcester bumper on debut for the Henderson team and now faces a flight of hurdles for the first time. He could be anything at this stage but is obviously well respected for the champion trainer. The second Irish raider, Waterville Rock, has a bumper win to his name but subsequent hurdling form does not match that of the selection.
