NonRunner

In depth

Verdict

Eamon An Cnoic is better known as a chaser and seeking a first win in two years but he found only one too good over a longer trip last time at Chepstow. Imphal is on an even longer losing run but he’s been running well in jumpers’ bumpers. Stablemate Ballydoyle is still unexposed over hurdles while Khan beat the frustrating John Betjeman at Plumpton on only his second start in this country. Song Of The Hunter has every chance racing off the same mark as when runner-up at Warwick and Let The Heirs Walk is back in the right grade but WILL STING was very impressive on a similar surface last time and Lucy Wadham’s charge should take the step up from novice company in his stride with Corey McGivern taking off 10lb.
