Verdict

A big field in which bets should probably be kept to a minimum. Off The Ground was the subject of a gamble at Exeter last month but found Hohlethelonely half-a-length too good and is 7lb higher now. Sunglasses looks fairly treated on his second to Close House at Towcester in December, however, while Parsnip Pete has been knocking on the door and Tante Sissi's two runs this season have worked out well. Sainglend and Kambis won at Hereford and Folkestone respectively last time and Spirit Of Barbados is usually thereabouts. But this can go to MAGIC MARMALADE, who appeared to find 3m1f beyond him at Taunton last time. His earlier second at Newbury was a solid effort and he could be allowed to start at generous odds in this. Mighty Monty should also play a part.
