Flat Top Fair sort on his day and won't mind these conditions, but not in the best of form and also facing a stiff task at the weights.
Mister One Would beat these if at his best, but has not been on top form this season. Would certainly prefer better ground, as well.
Braes of Mar Been off the track for almost two years. However, has done well fresh in the past and may well have been targeted for this by his shrewd trainer. Cannot be totally discounted and any move in the market should be noted.
Carlisle Bandito's (IRE) Another who has been off the course for a long time and is unlikely to enjoy the surface.
Kellys Conquest Decent chance at these weights. Thorough stayer who won't mind the ground and has a relatively experienced jockey on board. Hard to ignore this one's chances.
Mothers Help Relatively unexposed, but has a fair chance on some of her form. Ran reasonably well in a very valuable race at Leopardstown last time and will certainly find this company easier. Should handle the conditions and definitely one for the shortlist.
Abkins Du Bois (FR) Well beaten at Warwick recently and faces an extremely difficult task here.
Ballyea Boy (IRE) Not the force of old and was recently pulled up in a point-to-point, so very hard to fancy him here.
Fred's Boy Yet to win a race, and on all known form that will still be the case after this is run.
Alska (FR) Not a proven stayer and anyway faces some tough opponents here, so it would be something of a surprise if this one figures in the finish.
