Dart Along has more to do than when opening his account in a Pontefract maiden last time and preference is for Free Lift, who gets the verdict ahead of Danehill Dazzler. The last mentioned ran respectably well when a close fourth behind Love Affair in a Nottingham handicap earlier this month and has claims if able to handle today's faster ground but the Alan Jarvis-trained filly has yet to encounter ground this fast so may be best watched. John Gosden's Wazir is interesting first time out but may need the run and of more interest may be Godolphin's Safsoof, who should appreciate this trip having failed to stay further on his recent start in Dubai. Roodeye has claims on the form shown at Folkestone last time but has yet to prove his effectiveness over today's trip and a safer bet looks to be Roger Charlton's Free Lift, who is entitled to strip fitter for her reappearance effort at Newbury last month and remains feasibly well treated.
