Debut looks to hold rock solid claims in another competitive contest in which Princess Flame and Castlecrossing are feared as the main dangers. The selection appropriately won on her debut at Fontwell just before Christmas having been well supported before the off. She stayed-on well at the finish that day and nominal improvement should make her hard to beat with the stable in good form. Princess Flame could not have any more impressive on her debut when she bolted up at Fontwell but that was a weak event and it is hard to know what she actually schieved that day. Castlecrossing has finished second in two bumpers and on the evidence of those runs she has to have strong place claims. Valentines Lady won well on her debut and with Phil Kinsella taking a handy 3lbs off her back she should go well at a price, but Debut made a pleasing impression on her debut and can score again here.
