An interesting heat in which The Secrets Out attempts to step up in grade and make it three from his last four. He looks a totally different proposition since tackling staying trips and is a major player. Zeelander remains a promising handicapper for the Varian team with only six runs on the board in four seasons. He's the one to beat on form but now tackles this trip for the first time which represents a slight negative. He is the likely winner if staying but there are no such stamina issues with DARK PEARL. The Walker gelding was arguably a little unlucky here the last day but is still improving, stays well and hopefully Spencer can time it right on the son of Born To Sea. He holds Jacob Cats on their latest running, whilst Saroog is a promising sort who should not be too far away either on his handicap bow.
