SUDDYAN only managed one run last year but it was a winning one, at Newmarket. There is a chance that the handicapper has let him in lightly on his reappearance and there is plenty of scope for improvement so he gets the nod. Karraar is another returning from a lengthy absence but that isn't normally a problem for one from his yard and many of the others are pretty much exposed at this level. Burano was only fifth at Epsom after recoding a rare win on Turf at Lingfield but Nottingham third Spa's Dancer continues to slip down the weights. Tom Hark has disappointed since his fourth on soft going at Musselburgh in April.
