There was give in the ground when Raw Impulse won at Nottingham in May and also when third at Goodwood last time. He makes plenty of appeal in this and is preferred to fellow three-year-olds Tom Hark and Radhaadh - the latter has only won on Polytrack so far. Mange All has been a disappointment this year but Steppe Daughter has managed a couple of victories and What About Carlo is on a hat-trick after scoring at wins at Epsom and Newbury, where he beat Tom Hark. THINK AHEAD is having only his seventh career start. He was only third off this mark at Haydock last time but James Doyle, who rode him to success at Windsor in May, is back on board today and he can record a second win.
