        Verdict

        After a bright start at Newmarket, ASK DAD was a very close sixth in last week's Windsor Castle Stakes at Ascot and unless there is something decent amongst the newcomers he should get off the mark. Shahdaroba ran very well behind Sir Prancealot at Bath but it's Ferjaan who should do best of the remainder with experience as he didn't get the best of runs on his debut at Newmarket and will improve. The speedily-bred Ashaadd may do best of the newcomers though Digress looks one for the future.
