Dagola, Knickyknackienoo and The Way We Were are all shortlisted in this competitive handicap and the vote is given to Dagola. The selection showed a really good attitude in a similar event to this at Windsor last time when a close third behind Ridge Boy. A reproduction of that effort should suffice here with conditions to suit. Knickyknackienoo rates the main danger but he finished behind our selection in that Windsor race and there is no obvious reason why those placings should be reversed here. However, he is a course and distance winner so has to be respected. The Way We Were is dropped in grade so is another worth considering, but in an open race we will side with Dagola as our idea of the winner.
