Ahdaaf gets the call here ahead of Encanto, Mitraillette, Rapid Romance and Scrooby Baby. Ahdaaf was a very good third at Newmarket on her debut and that form reads very well. She looks the one to beat. Encanto bolted before her Sandown entry on Thursday and her for is pretty solid overall. Mitraillette showed little on her debut but this well-bred filly hails from a good stable and warrants consideration. Rapid Romance showed promise over course and distance on her debut and is another with a shout. Scrooby Baby ran promisingly on her debut and this half-sister to Milk It Mick is another to consider while Sharp As A Tack has plenty to like on breeding despite running modestly on her debut but, for us, the selection remains Ahdaaf.
