Emulating, He's A Striker and Jan de Heem all won their latest start, the latter pair scoring over this trip. None of the trio can be discounted, though the first two on the card are conceding 6lb to their rivals. Hazzaat steps up in distance again following his sixth at Haydock and is now tried in blinkers but DUKE OF PERTH looks worth an interest. Kieren Fallon keeps faith with Luca Cumani's well-bred gelding, despite an ordinary reappearance on the Polytrack when racing wide throughout. He may have needed that as he showed plenty of promise in a couple of Newmarket maidens in the autumn. Snoqualmie Chief and Wellingrove both have ability and make more appeal than Isis Blue and Marvelino of the others.
