Verdict
Desert Island Disc gets the vote ahead of Velvet Waters and Love Always. Solo Flight is back to a winning mark. Inchloch got back to winning ways last time but will he like the fast going and he also has a penalty to carry? Modaffaa is lightly raced but needs to improve by a couple of pounds in order to win, although that could happen if this becomes a tactical affair. Augustine has a similar profile. Love Always caught the eye at Lingfield last time and could now have dropped to a fair mark. Desert Island Disc has won this race in the past, has been running well of late and remains on a competitive mark, so is respected. She is closely weighted with Velvet Waters on their recent meeting and, given that the latter might get a soft lead today, can go well also. Overall, though, the vote goes to Desert Island Disc.
