The pair that we are going to focus on are Garafena and Kathleen Kennet, with the vote given to the former. Consuelita is bred to be better than she showed on her debut and she should, indeed, be better than she indicated there so might go well. Garafena showed plenty of promise on her Newbury debut in a race of a similar nature and is entitled to plenty of respect, which is why she is the selection. Kathleen Kennet's third to Judge over a mile here augured pretty well for her future, but Kinvara Lass would need to show more than she did on her debut in order to play a part today. Finally, being a $50,000 daughter of Tiznow, Tiz Timley is certainly of some interest. Overall, though, we will stick with Garafena.
